Bond's Providence Logbook Jan 19, 1792

Remarks &c towards New Holland 19th January 1792

 1 pm: Moderate breezes and fair weather

 4 pm: Carpenters employed repairing the small Cutter – people in the Hold getting water to hand.

 7 pm: Let in water as usual and pumped it out again – Shortened sail for ye Assistant

10 pm: A heavey Dew falling – The water smoother with a luminous appearance

 3 am: Moderate with drizzling rain

 5 am: Cloudy and fair weather – scrubbed Hammocks.

 8 am: Cleaned below and aired with fires

 9 am: [Fleited?] and sat up ye Fore Top Mast Backstays.

10 am: Served Sweet Wort and Sour Krout as usual

11 am: Exercised the Boats Crews at Small Arms

12 noon: Fresh breezes and fair weather Assistant in company
   Latitude Observed 39°:02′ South
