5 am: Bent the Old Top Gallant Sails. Saw Flying Fish and Gulph Weed
7 am: Served thick Portable Soup Gruel for breakfast as usual, Krout for Dinner
10 am: Washed Ship and Aired with Fires. Exercised Great Guns and Small Arms
12 noon: Fair and pleasant, and for the first day since we left the Gulph, hazy.
